With over 25 years of credit union experience, Robin has been at the helm of Cabrillo since 1979. Under Robin's leadership, the credit union has grown from $6 million in assets to over $166 million, and has received numerous marketing awards from local, regional and national credit union organizations, including the prestigious Credit Union of the Year in 1998 by the National Association of Federal Credit Unions. Robin has converted the credit union's federal charter to that of a state charter. She has also acted as the chairman of the Public Relations Committee of the San Diego CEO Association and is a member of the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES). She has twice served as the president of the San Diego Chapter of the Board of Governors and is also the past president of the San Diego CEO Association. Ms. Lentz sits on the Board of WesCorp and recently received the Eternal Flame Award from the California Credit Union League. Robin is also very active in the community by serving as a mentor to students at Thurgood Marshall Middle School and participating in the Credit Unions For Kids program benefiting San Diego's Children's Hospital.

Joel Hudson serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cabrillo Credit Union and has served at Cabrillo since 1999. Over the course of the past 20 plus years, Joel has amassed a diverse knowledge of accounting, finance and technology. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University and further financial education from the Credit Union National Associations (CUNA) Financial Managers School.

Margaret Morales, currently the Chief Operations Officer of Cabrillo Credit Union, came to Cabrillo in 1989 as the Vice President of Operations. In her early years at Cabrillo, Margaret worked to diversify our range of services and organize our branch operations. Since being promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2000, Margaret has worked to further position Cabrillo as a credit union that offers both personalized service and a diversified range of solutions for our members' needs. Margaret is a graduate of CUNA's Western School of Management and NAFCU's Management Development Institute.

Anne McClure, Cabrillo Credit Union's Senior Vice President, has been an integral part of developing the inner workings of our credit union. Anne joined our team in 1992 and has worked in a range of capacities to help wherever needed to build a diverse and successful credit union. Anne has worked diligently to further establish our Marketing, Human Resources and Training departments. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Irvine.

Michael DeShazo who joined the credit union in 1996, serves as the Senior Vice President of Member Services for Cabrillo Credit Union. Quite simply, Mike personifies both the expertise and goals that we strive for in our efforts to serve our members. Mike can be seen in the community working with current and potential members to create individualized solutions for each and every one of our members.

Frankie Duenas is the Vice President of Information Technology for Cabrillo Credit Union. His ability to expand our informational and technological services have been and integral part of Cabrillo's success over the past several years. He has worked diligently to create and refine our online services and our diverse network of transaction databases.
